So you can use an easy option: contact me via **[email protected]** with the list of your currencies (make sure you define which of them is the primary one). And I will prepare your copy of the template with all the currencies configured.

1. Currency selection

<aside> <img src="/icons/exclamation-mark_gray.svg" alt="/icons/exclamation-mark_gray.svg" width="40px" /> Before you start, decide which currency will be the primary one and which will be the secondary ones. The primary currency is used to convert all the final amounts in the reports. By default, the system is configured to support USD, EUR, GBP, PLN, with USD being the primary currency to which everything is converted.

If you are using different currencies:

[ ] rename USD columns to your primary currency.
[ ] rename the remaining columns according to your secondary currencies. If necessary, add new columns.
[ ] If you've added new columns in the previous step, adjust the formulas in the Total columns of the Accounts currencies and Income currencies tables. Ensure that currency exchange rates are correctly utilized in the formulas.

2. Currency widget

For the convenience of entering exchange rates, you can use the widget.

The widget is already nested into the templates where it is needed with the help of Notion sync. So once you make changes

How to modify the widget

[ ] In the table on the right, select the primary and other currencies along with the widget color. You can add codes for missing currencies.
[ ] Copy the generated widget link in the most right column and paste it into the block with the red border (below the table on the right). After pasting, select Create embed from the dropdown menu.

3. Templates verification

Open each template in the list on the right and do the following:

[ ] check if all hte currency columns are visible in the tables inside of a template. If some of them are missing, make them visible in table settings. If you did not add new currencies columns in step 1, you probably won't need to do this.
[ ] Insert the block with the new widget if, for some reason, it did not update after step 2.
